Well I have no folder named - "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\CCP\EVE\ " I do have eve under "c/programfiles64/ccp/eve" but that is it, so what do i do now?

Was on vacation for a week and came back to this. I kept getting an error just like described in the postes here. I'm currently downloading the "fix" and its 5.24 GB? Holy ****! And from what I have read in this thread, it didnt fix anything?
